Tampasteph is my inspiration

BTW, this blog was directly inspired by Tampasteph of FlippingHomes.com, who recently started her own blog, Flip This Wholesaler.

I decided to emulate her work because of this line right here:

I've been meaning to keep a journal of our work anyway, and her excellent blog inspired me to start this one.
