Yesterday, history was made. For more than two years, the critics said it couldn't be done. This time was marked by stress, fatigue and frustration, but the clouds parted and the sun broke through.
We got an offer on our condo. (What did you think I was talking about? Oh, something about a presidential election, right. How'd that go, btw?)
The deal is by no means done, and now the really hard work begins. We've dropped the price more than $45,000, so we'll see. I don't know what the offer IS yet, but whatever it is, if it means we get stuck with tens of thousands of dollars in payments just to unload the damn thing, forget it. I'd rather go into foreclosure.
Lessons learned.

wait a sec - you got an offer ... but you don't know what it is? How does that work?

Actually, our Realtor told us that her client would be signing the paperwork for an offer. We should know today.
OK, I hope it's not one of my offers :)
