It's taken two weeks to light a fire under the asses of people I need critical input from for the form proposal. One of them, a good guy, but very busy, scrawled the following under the section asking what steps we're taking to address risks to the organization outlined above. He wrote:
"Senior management leadership team plans CEO annually provides list of likely..."
That's it. I ask: "What the hell?"
