Yay me!

Just got out of a meeting with the Boss. Not my supervisor, but THE BOSS. In case it's not clear, if I work under Darth Vader, I just had a meeting with the Emperor.

He wanted to congratulate me on our great work for our big whoop-de-doo event last week. (Come to think of it, I should blog that...) He said our donors all said one of two things: Either "This was one of the best galas ever," or "This was the best gala ever."

Yes!

I should probably note that I had almost nothing to do with that, and the meeting included all my colleagues in our department, but still, it's nice getting reflected kudos. Lol.
