Time for another one of my trademark fits of temporary optimisim! The wife just sent me an e-mail--we've got someone coming by to look at the place after seeing our lease/option flyers. It'll probably amount to nothing, but we'll see...

UPDATE: By the way, she distributed the flyers about two hours ago. This is a promising sign.

UPDATE II: And my wife quoted him a pretty steep price to begin with. I can't believe he's still coming. This is a motivated buyer!
