Steph over at Flip this Wholesaler has been working her butt off to get a deal through, but it looks like the forces of evil have prevailed.

Steph, I'm very sorry to hear about the latest development. I wish there was something I could do, but I'm already close to eating cat food myself (luckily, for the moment, it's the expensive kind--Iams.)

I hope you've got a rich uncle out there somewhere, or maybe someone who's about to reconsider an offer you made in the past.
